What our scouts look for
Three things we evaluate
Every player gets the same honest evaluation, whatever program they’re considering.
Technical level
First touch, passing, decision-making and execution under pressure.
Discipline
Punctual, focused and coachable, on and off the field.
Competitive mentality
How you compete in every duel, respond to mistakes and raise your level.
We connect. You perform. We are not agents. We are scouts. We don’t sell guarantees of a contract. We open doors to international player development opportunities with honest feedback, professional coaching, real competition abroad and a clear picture of where each player stands.
